Past, Present, and Potential Sponsors,

On behalf of Olde Town Covington and the 10th Annual Covington Cork & Pork Festival, we are excited to bring the Covington Cork & Pork Festival back this year.  We have been overwhelmed by the response from BBQ teams and judges who are already making plans to come to Covington for this two-day event.  These teams and judges travel throughout the state, northeast, and south.  Please take a look at KCBS.us to view the magnitude of competition barbecue. If we have 25 teams compete, it becomes a valid Virginia State Championship and the winner qualifies for The American Royal World Series of Barbecue in Kansas City later this year.

We are again planning the event to include even more foods, drinks, and entertainment to the event.  Local residents have volunteered to work in recruiting both wineries and local craft breweries participation in Cork & Pork this year.

We look forward to partnering with you, the heart and soul of our community, to help bring this festival back with more community entertainment and fun.  We look forward to promoting your sponsorship and generosity to this local event in its 10^th year.  As in the past, we will gladly accept your monetary donations for sponsorships but we have opportunities for so much more.  For example, we give our teams and judges “goodie bags” and your business can help fill those using products with your name and logo on giveaways as well as to our local attendees at the event.  We have lots of opportunities for your creativity, just ask us.  We also always need volunteers to help us with the weekend events.  Come join us for the fun!

We do ask that you have your sponsorship applications into us by May 1, 2023, to insure that your company will be recognized on all posters, t-shirts, and other advertising related to the Festival.  For any response after this date, we cannot guarantee listing on t-shirts or event posters.  This will also allow us to get the shirts and other sponsor-related promotions to you sooner.
